Corrections
A cost site that never publishes a correction is not being careful. It is not checking.
Report an error
Email min9net@naver.com. It helps if you include the page, the number you think is wrong, and where the right one comes from. You do not need all three. One is enough for us to start.
The most useful message we can receive is from someone who runs a shop and can tell us our billed-rate multiplier does not match their books. That is a number we openly guess at.
What happens next
- We reply within three business days, even if the answer is “still checking.”
- We go back to the source and compare.
- If we were wrong, we fix the page and add a dated line here.
- If we were right, we write back and say why, with the source.
Vendors
If you work for one of the products we track and we have your pricing wrong, write to us. We will correct it. We will not remove an accurate figure because it is unflattering, and we do not take payment to change what a page says.
